three field guides · $27 each
One of them will read like your own diary.
I didn’t write these books to teach you about ADHD.
I wrote them because I got tired of watching brilliant women believe the wrong stories about themselves. Lazy. Too much. Inconsistent. Scattered.
Each field guide takes one of those old stories and hands back a truer one, written the way naturalists write about rare and remarkable species. Because that is what you are.
Three minds. Three guides.
One of them is already yours.
You’re not scattered. You’re a dreamer and a doer.
How am I doing so much… and still feel so behind? For the woman who was told to pick a lane.
Meet the Cultivator →
You don’t think before you leap. You think while you leap.
Why can’t I do what I know I’m capable of? For the woman built for open country.
Meet the Cartographer →
You’re not slow. You’re processing.
Why do I always feel like everyone else got instructions I missed? For the woman who does her best thinking where no one can see it.
Meet the Alchemist →Not sure which one is yours? Let the audit point you home. Ten questions, about five minutes, no email wall.
Take the Alice AuditEvery field guide includes a complimentary month inside Adultland. Think of it as a chance to wander the library, meet the community, and see whether you’d like to stay. Already inside? Every guide is already waiting for you in Cat’s Library.
How do I know which guide is mine?
Trust the one that made you flinch a little reading its line above. If you’d rather be sure, the Alice Audit is free, ten questions, and it tells you which of the three species your mind runs closest to. Plenty of women read more than one and see themselves in all of it. That’s allowed.
Is this the same thing as the membership?
No. A guide is a book you keep. The community is a room you live in. They belong to the same world, and you can start with either. If you start with a guide, your first month of Adultland comes free with the book.
Is it a real book or a PDF?
It’s a digital book, designed like a keepsake. It opens beautifully on your phone at 1am, on a laptop at nap time, on a tablet in the pickup line. Print any page you want to keep close.
Do I need a diagnosis for this to be for me?
No. Many of the women here are late-diagnosed ADHD or AuDHD. Many are still wondering. These guides are about recognizing yourself, and you don’t need anyone’s paperwork for that.
You were never the problem.
You were just never translated correctly.
